Participants
This promotion is open to US residents aged 13 or over except employees of Electronic Gaming Federation, Inc. (“EGF”), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Promotion limited to one entry per person, unless specified. Each person entering may only win once. No purchase is necessary.

Contest date: January 14 through January 18, 2020, 12 noon ET
Entry
To enter EGF Power Five promotion entrants must follow the instructions posted on the day of the promotion on EGF’s Twitter page (promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Twitter). Anyone found to be using multiple Twitter accounts to enter will be disqualified.
Selection
Entries will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the EGF is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances EGF reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. The EGF reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The EGF may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the EGF is satisfied with the verification.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering you agree to release and hold harmless EGF and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promoter; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
Disputes:
THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND State of New York, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in State of New York having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Prize Details
There will be 5 winners who will each win a water bottle and string bag, value: $20
The winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the closing date. The winner(s) must claim their prize (via DM) within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.
Publicity
The winner(s) will be notified via EGF’s Twitter accounts. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the a representative for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
