DePaul University, Niagara University, And St. John’s University Continue Esports Tradition With Third Annual Vincentian Cup

New York, January 27, 2023 -  The Electronic Gaming Federation, the national organizing body for formalized collegiate D-I esports and high school level leagues, is excited to announce the commencement of the third annual Vincentian Cup! The Vincentian Cup is an invitational featuring teams from Vincentian Institutions: St. John’s University, DePaul University, and Niagara University.

The tradition of the Vincentian Cup began in 2020 as part of the Institutions' efforts to celebrate the shared values of the three Universities and to raise money for students on their campuses. This year, the teams are excited to continue the mission-driven invitational competing in FIFA, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Rocket League while continuing to raise money for students on campus. Donated funds will be split between:

  • The Student Emergency Assistance Fund at DePaul University
