Michelle Penner | Assoc. Dir. of Scholastic Development

As Associate Director of High School Development at EGF, Michelle's focus is on research, new market opportunities and relationship building with district Administrators to grow and develop high school tournaments, leagues and events.

Michelle began working with EGF in May of 2020 after being a stay at home Mom for several years. Prior to that, Michelle had worked as a business development and marketing professional in the accounting and insurance industries, as well as, creating and managing a corporate event business. She is a former college basketball player and graduated from The University of Maryland, where she earned her BA degree. Michelle lives in Summit, NJ and has 3 children.
