Acer Provides Predator Systems to EGF for 2020 MAAC Esports Championships

New York, NY (March 8, 2020) the Electronic Gaming Federation (EGF) is proud to announce Acer, a global leader in the computing and gaming industries, is providing Predator gaming systems to the EGFC regional competition, the New Jersey Army National Guard 2020 MAAC Esports Championships, March 13-14 in Atlantic City.

“We’re pleased to welcome Acer and its Predator gaming brand to the EGF family in support of the MAAC Esports Championships,” said Eric Johnson of EGF. “The esports community recognizes Predator as elite gaming technology that provides a tremendous experience for all competitors. EGF is dedicated to elevating the game for our students and member schools and Acer’s commitment to the sport will continue to support these efforts.”

Acer’s Predator brand will power the MAAC Esports Championships event, supplying all gaming equipment including PC’s, high end monitors and peripherals.  Additionally, Acer will present the Predator MVP award across the four different titles of the competition: League of Legends and Overwatch, as well as Rocket League and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (SSBU), which are EGFC regional championships.

Single session adult tickets are $18 while an all-session package is $28. Student prices are $15 and $20, respectively. Tickets are available on ticketmaster.com. Esports action runs from 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m on Friday and Saturday, March 13-14.
